Drinks to Expect: Soju!

Soju is a distilled beverage containing ethanol and water, and you can find everywhere in South Korea. Soju is clear and colorless. Its alcohol content varies from about 16.7% to 45% alcohol by volume (ABV) for traditional Andong soju, with 20% ABV being most common.

Korea: A typical 375 mL bottle of soju retails for 1,000 to 3,000 won ($0.91 to $2.74 USD).
