Liyana Fuad

Liyana Fuad, was born in Lhokseumawe, Indonesia on September 26th 1988. After finishing her Bachelor Degree in Dentistry, Liyana starts her interest in Culinarism and Entrepreneurialship by joining a street food business in 2013. After trying to do business in street food, she starts her own restaurant specialising in Indonesian Comfort Home food. She also did several research in food prodcts from classic Indonesian dishes to classic european breakfast, and asian fusion food. And now, trying to give harmony in her study and her enthusiast in cooking, she starts her catering business that specializes in healthy eating. For Liyana, a healthy food will lead us to a healthier body, mind, and soul, that will lead us to a happier and better quality of life.

Her recent works/Activities:

2010 – 2012 Research in Effects of Routine Physical Activities in Elder People toward Saliva pH and Buffer Capacity for thesis.
2013 Co-Assistant in Prof. Soedomo Dental Hospital.
2014 Co-Owner of Bubur Hayam MANGGO, Yogyakarta.
2015 Owner and Kitchen Manager in Publik Cantina and Breakfast Shack, Yogyakarta.
2016 Co-Owner, Co-Founder, and Food Specialist in BeFit Kitchen
